fantastic surprise and amazing stay!

pretty surprisecomplimentary drinkrelaxing experiencecomplicated menu
we celebrated my fiancé's birthday here and the staff arranged a really pretty surprise! we got a complimentary non-alcoholic drink, how amazing is that? dinner and breakfast were seriously on point!!! the jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna provided the most relaxing experience i have ever had.
the dining experience didn't quite meet my expectations. the menu felt too complicated, it can be hard to find what you really want. i think simpler dishes would be better!

shower temperaturehallway noise
I found a couple of things a little disappointing. the shower temperature fluctuated wildly, it went from comfortable to scalding hot without warning. this made showering quite an ordeal. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear conversations and noise from the hallway fairly clearly. it made it difficult to relax fully in the room.

The gym is equipped with various machines. I found several treadmills and stationary bikes. The pool area included ample loungers. It also had a shaded section.
The breakfast buffet had limited options for fresh fruit. The selection was quite minimal. The waiting times at the bar were often lengthy , especially during peak hours. I had to wait a considerable amount of time to get served.
